The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

As part of the visa application process, applicants are required to navigate through the country overview page; by inputting their nationality and purpose of travel. The resulting webpage will outline if the applicant is visa exempt, must obtain a visa on arrival or must obtain a visa prior to travel. This information is always subject to change based on consular updates and also at the discretion of the relevant Embassy at the time of submitting the original documentation. Both situations are not within the control of Global Visas Ltd.

On the visa requirements page, if a visa is required, all attachments and template support letters will be provided. These are indicative of the content required. Each applicant may provide their own version of support letters however all content must be included, as outlined under the document header.

Again on the visa requirements page, if a visa is required, it is important that each document header is fully reviewed and met / completed accordingly. Global Visas Ltd will not submit any application to an Embassy which is incomplete in respect of the data outlined on the visa requirements page. Although we will endeavour at all stages to ensure delays in this initial application process are kept at a minimum (via our document review service – see below); we cannot be held accountable for delays due to documentation errors.

Once an applicant has decided they wish to use Global Visas Ltd services and completed the request form, the next stage in the process will be to access the DRAG N’ DROP email.

You will initially receive an order confirmation email with your submitted information. A second additional email will then be sent to you from our team within 1 – 2 business hours of receipt of your completed visa request form. This email will contain a customised and individual Dropbox Inc. file request weblink. Here you must upload clear scanned colour copies of all supporting documentation, for our review. This process is very important, as it will help avoid errors upon receipt of all original documentation; which subsequently will require return to the applicant for correction and thereafter further delays.

UPON RECEIPT OF ALL SCANS, YOU MUST ALLOW OUR TEAM ONE WORKING DAY TO COMPLETE THE DOCUMENT REVIEW PROCESS.

Again, if an applicant does not use the DRAG N’ DROP function and proceeds to send all original documentation immediately to our offices, Global Visas Ltd cannot be held accountable for errors in the documentation and subsequent submission or Embassy processing delays. For more information, please access DRAG N’ DROP weblink via the menu above.

Upon receipt of all original documentation from the applicant, and once Global Visas Ltd has ensured all requirements have been met, we will proceed to file the application on your behalf, to the relevant Embassy. If you require an appointment for submission, our team will assist with creating this in line with your schedule and will communicate this information to you accordingly. Moreover, a member of our team and/or your visa agent will meet you on the day of your appointment with all your completed documentation.

This is not the REVIEW-ONLY service, where Global Visas Ltd does not assist beyond the review service – all such routes of submission are clearly defined on each visa requirement page.

It is important to understand all Embassies have the right and discretion to request additional documentation and/or reject a submission without any reason. At all stages Global visas will endeavour to avoid or resolve all such complications as promptly and efficiently as possible, however such situations are not within our control.

Once all original documentation has been submitted to the relevant Embassy, the processing time for the application will commence. It is very important to understand that processing times can, and in many situations, do vary from that published by Embassies. Again Global Visas Ltd will endeavour where possible to communicate these changes as soon as possible and keep delays as minimal as possible, however we cannot be held accountable for such delays.

It is also in many cases, at this stage, Consular fees are payable. More information regarding fees in outlined below.

It is very important to be aware that an Embassy has full discretion to refuse an application, where refusal is only communicated at the time of collecting the approved visa. They may also at this stage, request additional documentation. This is not within the control of Global Visas Ltd. Again, we will at all stages try and ensure such situations are kept to a minimum.

Finally, it is possible that you could be issued a different visa validity to that requested (i.e. you have applied for a 6 month, multiple entry visa but only issued a 3 month, single entry visa). Again this is not within the control of Global Visas Ltd and where possible, we will advise at the outset of an application what type of visa validity should be applied for depending on your circumstances and the country specific visa guidance. On this same point, given in many applications consular fees are submitted at time of visa submission, if such a situation does arrive, it is unlikely a refund will be provided against the lesser visa validity fee.

Upon completing of the DRAG N’ DROP process and review of documents, all information regarding return delivery will be finalised with the applicant; taking into consideration travel dates, anticipated issuance date of visa and where the applicant would like the visa / original endorsed passport to be delivered. All courier fees will be communicated at this stage too.

If the applicant wishes to arrange their own courier or return delivery service, they must provide a clear stamped and addressed envelope and/or provide clear instructions on working with a preferred courier provider. Again Global Visas Ltd cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery times or lost parcels where an applicant is arranging their own return courier.

After a visa has been issued and all original supporting documentation / the original endorsed passport has been returned to Global Visas Ltd, we will arrange for the return delivery to take place. Again depending on the applicant’s travel dates and what was arranged at the outset will affect the return delivery date. All information regarding parcel tracking information will be provided at this stage.

All fees, including Global Visas Ltd service fees and Consular/Lodgement fees, are outlined clearly on each visa requirement page. However it is important to note that all Consular fees are subject to change without any prior notice. This is not within the control of Global Visas Ltd and all changes are at the sole discretion of the Embassy. However we will try our utmost to ensure all Consular fee changes are provided to the applicant as soon such information is available and/or communicated to Global Visas Ltd.

Consular fees can also fluctuate slightly depending on currency exchange rates, as in many situations they are officially set based on a foreign currency. Additional surcharges and taxes may apply at the time of submission – where possible Global Visas Ltd will ensure all such additional surcharges are communicated at the outset.

Fees are charged per individual traveller. Please click here to see the Global Visas service fees pricing structure, for cancelled cases, and Global Visas Ltd service fees refund policy. All consular fees however are non-refundable once the application has been submitted; including if the application is then rejected or if you are issued a different visa validity to that requested.

As outlined, all courier fees will be provided once the return delivery service type has been finalised / arranged. Again this is usually once the applicant has completed the DRAG N’ DROP document review process. If the applicant does not wish to proceed with the return courier delivery service or courier service fee offered by Global Visas Ltd, they may arrange their own return courier at their own discretion and responsibility.

After an applicant has completed the service request form, Global Visas Ltd, via a secure payment gateway (stripe Inc), will proceed to collect and securely hold your payment details. Only once the visa has been issued – will a charge be made against your credit / debit card. A SIMILAR STRUCTURE IS APPLICABLE TO PRE-APPROVED CORPORATE CLIENTS BILLED VIA INVOICE METHOD – ONLY ONCE THE VISA IS ISSUED WILL ISSUANCE AND REQUEST FOR PAYMENT OF THE INVOICE BECOME EFFECTIVE.

As outlined above, consular fees are always subject to change. Although we will try our utmost to remain accurate at all times, fluctuations in the final billed amount can occur. Upon receiving your final invoice, which will clearly outline and itemise all fees, you may contact your visa agent for an additional clarification on the final billed amount.

As stated above, Global Visas billing process will be supported by worldwide payment gateway – Stripe Inc. For further information on Stripe’s security features please visit the following weblink: https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe.
